Hello Friends

Last week I attended a Z–Health certification course in Phoenix AZ. The course titled “Strength and Suppleness” Below is a quick description of the course.

Strength is generally defined as the "ability to overcome," strength, like any other attribute, is multi-faceted and task-specific.

The Strength and Suppleness course looks at the many different forms of strength, as well as the most researched and effective ways of developing optimal strength for your life.

Mobility, flexibility, coordination, and resiliency are a part of what it means to be supple. This advanced course in Strength and Suppleness covers the many unique pathways to developing world-class movement skills and be injury resistant.

Since strength and suppleness go hand-in-hand, the course examines examine the importance of strength for suppleness and suppleness for strength. And finally, ties it all together in a Z-Health neurologic lens. The program helps accelerate the results of the mobility programs started in Z –health
